Aubrey Ivener - Swamp Me
Swamp Me is a song I co-wrote (with Conrad Kelly) about the unhappy feelings that come from the "wrong" kind of love—I have always had a strong interest in the theme of unhappiness. The Russian novelist Leo Tolstoy once wrote that "All happy families are alike, but every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way." While everybody wants to be happy, it's being wrong and unhappy that makes us the unique and interesting people we are.
